Two Trips in a Calendar Year

Do two, or more trips in a calendar year and you'll save $200 on each departure. (Cannot be combined with other discounts. ExpeditionPlus! and TourzPlus! tours are excluded and do not count toward your total.)

Group Discounts

Is your group of 6 ready to book one of our regularly scheduled trips together?  Wonderful, you’ll each receive a $200 discount (refunded at the conclusion of the tour). (TourzPlus! tours are excluded and there is only one discount per person).

Custom Dates and Private Departures

If you have a group of 10 -18 friends who want to travel on a specific date, let us know and we’ll customize a date for you AND give YOU the organizer a discount on the tour price as follows:

• A group of 10 – 14 people means that the organizer pays ½** the advertised price.

• A group of 15 – 18 people means that the organizer travels free!**

** ExperiencePlus! will apply the discount to the group facilitator’s trip cost—any other distribution of the discount will be the responsibility of the group. Only one discount per person.**

We can also put together a custom date or private departure for 8 people at our regularly advertised price.

Custom Itineraries

We are also ready and able to customize a trip itinerary to suit your budget, interests and cycling abilities. Cycling trips are a great travel option for groups of friends or family, cycling clubs, or business and professional retreats. We will price the trip based on the number of people in your group and the services you have requested.

Local restaurant owners brought a group of friends on a specially designed Culinary adventure in Italy which included visiting a cheese factory in Parma, a balsamic vinegar producer in Rubiera, an olive oil press in Brisighella, cooking demonstrations, and more! 
 
One group of friends loved our Cycling Provence tour, but the dates didn’t work for them, so we suggested a custom tour.  This also allowed them to make changes to the itinerary to better suit their group.
