ExperiencePlus! Bicycle Tours is looking for an adventurous self-starter who wants to join a small team in Colorado as our Sales and Travel Specialist. The Sales and Travel Specialist is a full time position responsible for managing current and prospective customers through the entire sales cycle from inbound sales leads to booking bicycle tours in Europe and South America. Primary responsibilities for this position are split between working with the Sales and Marketing team as well as supporting the Traveler Services team. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to listen to the customer’s needs, and is comfortable managing data and tracking customer interactions.

This position can be partially remote once trained. Staff work in the office two days a week in Fort Collins.

ExperiencePlus! Bicycle tours is searching for a detail-oriented, part-time Travel Support Assistant. This person will help our travelers book their pre and post tour hotel nights at trip starting and ending hotels as well as advise people as they plan their arrival and departure logistics. This position is crucial to helping our travelers prepare for their trips and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for part time work in a small but dynamic office environment in Fort Collins, Colorado.

  • have knowledge of or are willing to learn basic bike mechanics
  • have a valid drivers license and the ability to drive a stick-shift van.
